Board of Trustees

The Pasatiempo Board of Trustees is responsible for upholding the By Laws and enforcing Basic Restrictions (CC&R’s) for the community.

 

Through the Board of Trustees, Pasatiempo HOA provides the following services to all residents:

  • Road maintenance, including periodic resurfacing

  • Maintenance of common areas including entries, gates, lighting, landscaping and green belt areas

  • Homeowner communication through newsletters, open forums, this website, and written/oral communication with the Trustees

Board Meetings

Board meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (except December). All residents are encouraged to attend.

The Pasatiempo Board of Trustees is composed of 5 positions, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Trustee-at-Large. These positions are voted by the Pasatiempo HOA for staggered 3-year terms and can only be filled by homeowners within Pasatiempo Estates. Trustees also chair committees of homeowners who work on various aspects of community outreach.
